What you bring with you
- Specialist training and several years of demonstrable professional experience in a comparable position
- Further training as an accountant or studies in economics desirable
- Proficient with MS Navision and MS Office (especially Excel)
- A strong understanding of numbers and accounting relationships
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy structuring processes and taking them to a higher level
- Commitment and flexibility
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
- Independent, reliable and systematic work in a team
Your tasks
- Independent processing of current business transactions and accounting issues for the main/subsidiary companies
- Management of fixed assets and receivables management
- Preparation of advance VAT returns/annual returns, data supply to the tax consultant for income tax returns
- Contact for other external partners and auditors
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Preparation and reporting of intra-Community acquisitions and deliveries
- Master data maintenance and account clarifications
- Active cooperation with internal departments
- Process optimization and ongoing further development of the specialist area
